We will gladly accept your return in new or unused condition and containing all original materials included with the shipment, within 30 days of the delivery. Please note, if you return an item the both ways shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include: Clearance Items and/or Items on Sale/Discount, and/ or items on which any kind of offer, discount etc has been claimed cannot be returned.
At MapleNest, we understand that despite best intentions, some purchases do require a re-consideration and re-think. We will work with you to ensure that in case you have to return the purchased product, it does not cost you much. But some vendors do have a restocking fee policy and we won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees and like to be upfront about it. For instance, Kalalou have a restocking fee for large size items while there is a re-stocking fee of 15% on all Christmas décor.

I have some pots I would like to use with these planters. Can this hold a pot about 14 inches in diameter? The pot is flattish and not so deep. Can I buy this without the pots? -Athena
Hello there, I presume you are speaking of the larger holder. The hanger is designed to hold a pot about 10 inches wide and may hold a pot upto 11-12 inches of width, but 14 inches could be a stretch. You mention your pot is a flattish tray and I do not think it may be possible to use it with this hanger as the net part f the hanger is designed to hold certain depth for it to rest safely. A flattish trough or tray may did-balance. At present we sell the hanger with the pot as it may be difficult for you to find the perfect pot. Sorry it cannot be sold separately. Thanks. Orders shipping by Truck- Larger items are shipped by truck or freight. Truck shipments take a few days more than regular Fedex or UPS shipment. You will be sent the tracking number and you should be able to track the shipment on the trucking company website. The shipping company will call you at the telephone number noted on your order and schedule a delivery appointment a day prior to delivery.
Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment thoroughly for any visible damages on the carton and equipment. The delivering carrier is required by law to make notations of the damages on the freight bill before you sign. The driver is required to wait for you to open the goods and inspect them. Please DO NOT SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL until a notation of the damage has been made on the face of the freight bill.
If you sign a clean BOL then Modish Store cannot accept any damages later on. Please do not sign the BOL till are satisfied with the item and there being no damages. If the damage is significant, you may choose to not sign and refuse the shipment. If this does occur, please contact us regarding a replacement shipment.
